How 360 classes run
One class, one system. White belt through black belt train the same weekly problem. Depth, timing, resistance, and responsibility increase with experience; the lesson stays the same.
Class format (Alan's actual lesson clock):
  1. Foundation — jab/cross, elbows, knees, kicks, break-falls
  2. Core movement (20 min) — 4 foundational ground movements (buck, shrimp, scoot, technical stand-up) · standing up 3 ways (technical, forward, bailing) · stiff arm 3 (holding the legs, from guard, from half-guard) Self-Defense subject (not every class)
  3. Core combo work — on each other (20 min) — 2–3 striking sequences, generally shin pads and gloves
  4. Independent work — pads or each other (20 min) — 3×2-min rounds each, or 6 rounds (or more)
