My last teacher said the brain does not hear the word don't so it created situations that may not be for the greatest good, which is completely untrue for me because I noted every time she continued to use the word, my brain would remove the compound wording.

Science says theta brainwave state is also during the first moments of waking up... I believe that to be the creating zone... so when Someone is in a situation where they are constantly woke up by negative behavior, talk and influences, how best to undo that rending or set up some kind of protection for the subconscious mind not to allow any of that b.s. to enter into the field of the creator? I do realize it is best to remove self out of such situations, the options that are presented to to MauryLynn is to be there and warm at night or be out in the evening elements with no warmth as the winter months are about here...
