What I do: Transactional Funder - My energy is EMD, Double Closes, Seller Carry Back, (Also, have other investor loan programs, real estate funding?
What I want AI running for me: Email to start off with, then build out with DM's, texts, what's app, etc. not in that order. Will follow what Jeff told me.
The one thing I did last week that I'll have to do again this week — and wish I didn't: Emails like I did this morning.
