Quick To Forgive
Let us be quick to forgive each other. We do this because the Lord forgives us of our sins, faults, flaws, and failures. Let us be quick to live our lives with compassion, extending grace to others. We forgive because God is watching and He forgives us. Forgiveness can free up our spirits and bring healing to our souls. Let us not be bound by forgiveness but extend mercy, grace, and compassion to others like the Lord has done for us.

Beautiful reminder. Forgiveness really does free the spirit and bring healing. Thanks for sharing. 🙏
Success is worth celebrating, reviewing and repeating
When something goes well, “great job” is a good start. We can also ask: what helped, who did something that made a difference, and what should we carry into next time? Naming the behaviour and why it mattered gives the team something practical to repeat. Maybe someone raised a concern early, noticed a colleague needed help or kept communication clear under pressure. That’s one small way culture is built through everyday work. More in this week’s blog: What’s one helpful team behaviour you’d like to see repeated?

A quick morning check-in would be a great behaviour to repeat. I might actually set something simple up
