@Owen Palmer in regular stereo, ok, but this RhythmEcho preset operates solely in the side channel and thus has no effect on the mid channel unless I am misunderstanding your statements about mid and side not affecting each other and L and R not affecting each other. The wet is 100% side and the dry is 100% the mid ch. When I asked/stated "there is always a relationship between the wet and dry signals" in reference to introducing artifacts, You corrected me on that, so I'm a little lost here.

@Owen Palmer yes, this please.
Hi hat samples kicking my butt
I put a good 10+ hours into hi hat design over the last few days. It's a gargantuan task. The process is long and arduous. The sad thing is, I'm gonna have to delete everything I've done so far and start again 😩 ...chalking that 10+ hours up to a learning experience. My prep was about 90% where it needed to be, and now I've realised I'm better off returning to the prep phase and restarting the whole process. It will probably take me weeks before I'm ready to publish, but I promise you, these samples will be a BIG deal 👌

RhythmEcho livestream demo+q&A Thursday and again Sunday
Hi I’ll be doing a YouTube livestream on RhythmEcho an hour before Owen goes on if anyone is interested. This will be feature complete v1 but still working with an artist on layout and graphics. I’ll focus mostly on production rather than performance and show you that while it is obviously great for wild stuff it can also bring a mix together in ways other tools can’t. https://www.youtube.com/live/0atuAw9yS4Y?is=J0Kaz-vBLafpIqY0

The process of track creation. Mixing after or during?
Hello guys. I need your opinion on how to distribute your time and efforts during the process of creating a track from scratch. I found myself in a methodological trap trying to mix during production and writing. I always do everything in parallel, however I'm in a doubt because it has some cons that I really feel. So I think if you try to mix or engineer the sound BEFORE you have completed the musical ideas you risk to spend much more time and even get very tired of the track you are working on. And I've got tired of a couple of latest tracks trying to make them sound as perfect as possible.

@Evgeny Bardyuzha how is it a bad habit? When I an closing in on tracks like this, I listen and take notes, try out what I took notes and run through until I have no notes. That for me is the criterion for being completed.
