🎬 VIBE FILM WEBINAR (Approved by Jake)
This is for people who are not technical. Someone with a normal job who saw something on YouTube and wants to be able to make something similar for practical use. Live with Danney Trieu · Four months ago I had never made a single AI video. I'm not a deeply technical person and never done any film in my life before, I'm just very passionate about this space. I figured out where the decisions live — which ones you hand to the machine, and which ones you take back. Then I found Jake & ICM just like many of you. Once I saw his method, everything got easier. More valuable than that, I found this awesome community that keep motivating me and supporting me. I like to give it back.. Every Saturday, I'm hosting a Skool webinar here: 🚩*UPDATE (09/22): Class cancel on 26th. I have to fly out to prepare for a visual staging concert in Vegas. I hope to learn a lot from this experience and bring back what some knowledge for you guys. Until then, keep on vibe filming ! Session records: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1TNk-42gZajrTWw-2tD3Fbn760UE-BeM_ Reelix explainer: https://danneytrieu.github.io/vibe-film-sessions/index.html Higgsfield affiliated link: https://higgsfield.ai/?fpr=nguyen61 My discord channel: https://discord.gg/EKab83ZGB Youtube: https://youtu.be/dryW_H54Rss ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Here's what I'm covering -> 🪜THE SIX LEVELS OF AI FILMMAKING 1 · PROMPT — you type it, the model decides everything else 2 · REFERENCE — you stop describing the look and start showing it 3 · MEMORY — your world lives in folders, so you stop re-explaining it 4 · BLOCKING — you decide where the camera goes, not the model 5 · DNA — your taste, written down, applied automatically 6 · AUTOPILOT — you point it at your work and it hands you the shot list

It was a fantastic video, and the voice talking was very calming. I have used it a few times to listen while working. Waiting for the next...
Clief Notes AI Shout
A few days in. Starting to see where the Clief Notes AI is actually becoming useful. Some of you are using it to figure out where to start. Others are asking specific questions and getting pointed back to lessons or drops they didn’t even know existed. And some are basically using it as search: “Have we covered this before?” That last one alone saves a lot of scrolling. @Anthony Brady shared a really good example of how he’s been using it. He said the agent has been helping him find the right lessons, figure out where to go next, and actually apply the material to what he’s building. He’s even been pushing it with harder questions, and when it doesn’t know something, it tells him instead of just making something up. What I really liked was how he described using the tools together: The agent helps him navigate. NotebookLM helps him go deeper. And Decster keeps him moving through the course, completing assignments, and staying active in the community. That’s exactly what we want this to become. Not another AI tool you open once and forget about. Something that actually helps you use everything already inside Clief Notes and keep moving forward. We’ve also caught a few questions where the agent could’ve pointed somewhere better. Keep sending those. The more you use it, the better we can make the experience. This thing should get more useful as we see how you actually use it. If you haven’t tried it yet, start simple. Ask it the next question you would normally post in the community. Have you tried it already? If not, comment “Navigator” and I’ll send you access to it.

🏆 WEEKLY COMP #6: THE RESEARCHER 🏆
🎟️ PRIZE: FREE SEAT IN THE LYCEUM 🎟️ Pick your cohort. Technical, Business, or Creator. Your call. ---- 🇺🇸 Quick note first. This post is going up Today because we took Memorial Day off yesterday. To keep things fair, you've got until Sunday May 31st at 12:00 PM EST to submit. Same week of build time, just shifted. ---- 📋 THE CHALLENGE Build a folder-based AI researcher for a specific topic or industry. You pick the domain. This week's deliverable is one researcher folder that someone could drop into a Claude project and use as their personal research partner for whatever domain you've built it for. ---- 🎯 PICK YOUR DOMAIN The domain is yours. Pick something specific. Pick something you'd actually use. A few sparks to get you thinking: - 🏦 M&A activity in one industry (fintech, healthcare, defense) - ⚖️ Court cases in one area of law (employment, IP, immigration) - 🧬 Scientific research on one health condition or treatment - 🏘️ Real estate market dynamics in one city or asset class - 🥊 Competitive intelligence for one product category - 📜 Historical research on one period, place, or movement - 📚 Academic literature in one specific subfield - 📋 Regulatory developments in one sector - 📰 Journalism research on one beat (climate tech, AI policy, biotech funding) The more specific, the better. "Research assistant" is too broad. "M&A research analyst for early-stage fintech deals in the US and Europe" is right. ---- 🗂️ THE METHODOLOGY If this is your first comp, welcome. Here's what you need to know: This week (and every week) you're learning interpretable context methodology. Folders as architecture. Each file does one job well. Your researcher is a folder with five things: - 📄 identity.md (who the researcher is, what domain they cover) - 📐 rules.md (how they research) - 💬 examples.md (what good looks like) - 📚 reference/ (frameworks, source lists, key concepts) - 📖 README.md (how to use it)

It took only three hours to build, whereas it would have been impossible in the near past. The folder system looks like a really simple thing to do, but using it just once gives more joy and a sense of what can be done than hearing all day about how and where it can be applied. I would recommend to everyone to jump and do something, anything you have in mind. And then try it. Back to the competition, my chosen field is Structural Engineering. The Researcher is a Tall Building Seismic Decision Researcher that asks what you already know before it tells you anything. It inventories what's missing from your project context, challenges the assumptions that actually move the outcome, and weighs every source by credibility — a National Annex and a manufacturer's brochure are not equal evidence, and it says so. Three things it does that a chatbot won't: develop competing structural alternatives instead of handing you one answer, challenge the load-bearing assumption behind a proposal (not just restate it), and close every investigation with an explicit confidence level and the next investigation needed. Built for structural engineers, peer reviewers, and project teams working on high-rise RC buildings in seismic regions. @Ruby Sparks As a first try, I am happy with the result 😀. I haven't seen any posts on structural engineering yet during the time I have been here. Are you in this field too?
Claude completely ignoring folder structure this week
This week, my token usage jumped, and the quality of responses plummeted. Then, I started asking directly if it read and/or followed the folder's Cluade.md and Context.md. I've attached the response. Anyone else having this problem? —edit (IMPORTANT)— Impossible to know for sure, but my research/testing over the weekend strongly suggests an update to Claude desktop last week likely raised the temperature at which Co-Work sends your requests to the Claude API, so it gets loosely-goosey with your folder structure’s governance (to the point of ignoring most of it, regardless of model, regardless of how strict the wording). If you need more deterministic/ governance-driven usage of your folder structure (=more consistent, predictable outcomes), use Claude Code, whose temperature set to 0.0 by default for maximally deterministic coding. If you want more creative/interpretive/random outcomes, go with Co-work.

It has happened to me too, during this week, and Claude has admitted to have skipped some parts. What I have done is that I have used Gemini and GPT in the same time to give their versions and then exchanging the answers between agents until I got what I wanted.
Damn Spammers - I have a fix
I want to reach out to the community after receiving a message from one of our members. They suggest we set the minimum user level to 3 for DM's. As our community grows, the threat of spammers and phishing attempts rise. We're the Hard Hitting, No Fluff, No Jive AI Community empowering our members towards success. We don't have time nor patience dealing with these miscreants. SO, I ASK - PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR INPUT. Thank you

I have just started and level 2 is really at reach. Level 3 is more safe for the community until you find a more robust solution. I have seen at the previous comments some images of what the BOTS can use as comments. The words change, but only two to three word pattern is used. Perhaps you can filter out messages that are shorter than 10 words or whatever you decide, so that they don't get a "counted like" to be raised in rank. Keeping the limit in word counting a "secret" would be better, so that you don't give the spammers a limit of words to change their messages.

@Tj Kap I think leveling up is mostly for your pleasure, and it shows your engagement to this community. Start with free courses and than when you have enough information, can switch to premium.
