Have you ever thought about creating your own AI Team to help you stay organized, save time, and make your daily workflow run a little smoother? We want to share something we learned from "Alicia Lyttle --The Queen of AI" that will help you. Instead of trying to do everything yourself, imagine having different AI “team members” assigned to specific roles — one to help manage your schedule, one to help with content, one to handle research, one to organize projects, and another to help with marketing. I recently created my own AI Team, and I’m going to share a photo of them with you. Each one has a specific job and responsibility, just like a real team. So far, Darius is the only one working and fullfilling his responsibilites. The other Team members will soon be working. My AI Chief of Staff, Darius, helps me manage the administrative side of my day so I can stay focused on bigger priorities. He checks my Google Calendar, tells me what my day and week look like, identifies scheduling conflicts and open time, and can add, move, or remove appointments when asked. He also helps organize my priorities, plan my schedule around important projects, and keep track of what needs my attention next. The goal is simple: less time managing the details and more time focusing on strategy, creativity, and revenue-producing work. This is a great example of how one AI team member can have a very specific role instead of trying to make one AI do everything. Who would like us to teach a class on "How to create your AI Team" and show how they're assigned responsibilites and how they complete them? Apps used to Build the Agent: Base44 and Chatgpt
