@Zina Zinchenko Hi Zina, I’ve decided that I’m gonna join the 8 weeks challenge. See you on monday ❤️
BEFORE YOU GIVE YOUR ATTENTION AWAY
Before you reach for your phone tomorrow morning, try something. Don't improve anything. Don't regulate anything. Don't decide how you should feel. Just meet yourself. How is your body arriving today? How are you breathing? What is your energy? Where is there effort? Where is there ease? 🪷 And then ask: What would being on my own side look like today? ❤️ 1. MEET - What is here? 2. SUPPORT - What resource is available? 3. ALIGN - What matters today? ‼️ You don't have to wake up as the same person every morning. Your body will change. Your capacity will change. Your circumstances will change. The practice is not reproducing yesterday's state. 👉 The practice is learning how to meet today's body and choose from there.

I ‘m checking in every morning but I ignore what my gut had to say, I’m going to what I know already but what does me no good, it’ so engrained.

Thanks Zina, I'm exhausted right now and I need to digest all the information.. very helpful but to much at this moment.
Your body is different every morning
Your physiology is not identical every day. Sleep, workload, movement, food, pain, illness, emotional events, hormones, social experiences, and recovery all change what resources are available. Yet we often expect: Yesterday's body Yesterday's capacity Yesterday's performance What if consistency doesn't mean demanding the same thing from yourself every day? Maybe consistency means...--> checking in every day and adapting accordingly.

TODAY we FOCUS
Where attention goes, energy follows. Most people do not lack motivation; their attention is simply scattered, pulled in too many directions at once by phones, people, fear, possibility, pressure, the next idea, unfinished conversations, and the mistakes they keep replaying. When everything feels important, nothing receives your full presence. This week, we train focus—not by forcing concentration, becoming rigid, or shutting everything else out, but by developing the ability to choose where your attention goes and stay connected to that choice. Focus is the ability to say: This is where I am going now. And remain in relationship with that decision, even when something tries to pull you away. Because under challenge, attention naturally drifts—to a sound, a thought, a mistake, a notification, someone else’s reaction, or the fear of doing it wrong—and suddenly your body is here, but your attention is somewhere else. This is where training begins, not when you are perfectly focused, but in the moment you notice: “I left.” And choose to return. This week, observe what pulls you first: whether your eyes search for something else, your mind jumps ahead, a single mistake takes you out, or you chase what feels urgent instead of staying with what matters, abandoning your body in the process. We practice staying with one point, one rhythm, one direction, one chosen task, and then gradually introduce distraction—more input, more noise, more change—so that focus becomes a skill you can maintain under pressure. The question is not whether you can concentrate perfectly, but whether you can choose what deserves your attention and stay with it. Can you notice distraction without following it, make a mistake without giving it all your energy, feel pressure without letting it decide for you, and return to what matters again and again? This is focus—not the absence of distraction, but the ability to return. Your practice this week is simple: before you begin any task, pause and ask yourself,

My focus is scattered , even when I’m creative what givesme a lot of Joy. I have so much idees, My mind can’t follow, I, I loose my breath, I even stop breathing. For now, I’m gonna take a deep breath before I even start and return to my breath whenever I drift off.
