Looking for creators to collaborate with 🙌
Hey everyone! Quick one. As you all know I work as a content strategist for a company called Nuvex Nova so basically we’re growing the ambassador program at Nuvex Nova, and I’m looking to team up with creators who make short or long-form videos. If you’ve got an audience that trusts you, you’re a fit. Doesn’t matter how big it is. Interested? Drop a comment or DM me and we’ll talk.

I built my website to make people leave.
I built my website to make people leave. (Yes, on purpose. Please hold your judgment until the end.) Most websites try to convince everyone. That is exactly why almost no one applies. When a page talks to every possible visitor, it ends up clear to none of them. Serious buyers don’t buy design. They buy clarity. So my page does only three things: 1. It tells you who it is for. That’s a one-on-one coach who still does everything manually. 2. It tells you who it is not for. If you want a team and a funnel, this page is not for you, and it says so plainly. Saying no is what makes the yes mean something. 3. It gives you one small first step. It’s not a sales call. It’s a free Fit Check, so the entry costs you almost nothing. (I build my page on notion) Most sites ask for a call on the first date. Mine asks you to take a quiz. Very low pressure, I promise if you want to see, let me know in the comments

Everyone tells you to niche down.
Almost nobody tells you how to do it properly. (The advice usually stops at be specific, which is like telling a nervous person to just relax.) Here's what I think went wrong. Coaches and consultants used to be a niche. Now its just a category, and inside that category sit completely different businesses: Some coaches run one-on-one coaching. Some run group programs. Some run communities on Skool and Whop. Some sell courses. These people share a job title and almost nothing else. Their weeks look different, and so do their problems. So I picked one group. Solo Scales is built for one-on-one coaches. Here's what I actually looked for: A group whose whole business rests on one thing. For one-on-one coaches, that thing is the relationship with the client. A group that is protective of that thing, so they're careful about anything that touches how they work. (1:1 coaches, you can add more into this) A fear I can say out loud in one sentence. They don't want any tool or AI agent that makes them sound robotic or makes a client feel less seen. That last one is the real gift. I can design around a fear that specific. (I cannot design around coaches who want to grow. That's a horoscope.) A niche isn't a smaller audience. Its a group of people who share the same fear.

@Stan Jennings Thank you, I am glad you liked it
I deleted my entire brand yesterday.
Website. Offer. Everything. (Not edited. Not tweaked. Gone.) I'm rebuilding my brand, my offer, and my business, all at once, starting from nothing. Here's the honest part. I had a lot of ideas and zero real market data. A rebrand without data isn't strategy, its just redesigning guesses and calling it progress. That was me, for longer than I want to admit. (Building feels safe. Selling feels risky. So I kept building. Classic move, in hindsight.) So here's what's actually replacing it: Solo Scales. My company, built for one-on-one coaches. It runs on one mechanism. I call it Compass. Direction - what your business is actually trying to do. Friction - where your week is actually getting slowed down. Leverage - what gives you real time back. AI - always the last question, never the first. I'm documenting every step of this, right here, as it happens. Next up, Ill show you exactly how I picked who this is actually for. If you coach one-on-one, follow along. This is going to get messy before it gets good.
Okay so I wanted to share something with you all.
I'm rebuilding my own brand right now, and its been a whole journey already. Started with the classic founder move: rebrand EVERYTHING. New name, new offer, new positioning, new everything, all at once. (Big main character energy. Also, in hindsight, a great way to never actually ship anything.) Got some honest pushback on that, the real move isn't rebuilding, its narrowing. One person. One problem. One flagship offer. One proof asset. Pause everything else. (Humbling. Also correct. Also still a little annoying to hear.) Following my mentor's framework for how this whole build should actually run, and genuinely excited about where its headed. So that's the start, going from redesign my entire existence to pick the one thing and actually finish it. Documenting the whole thing here as it happens, the messy parts included.

I show founders exactly where AI creates leverage, and where it’s just noise. DM me “Compass” if you want my help to build and scale your business
