Peptides, Supplements and More…
Dear Executives Over 50 Members & Coaches, Inspired by our engaging conversation about peptides, supplements, my book recommendation, and ice baths / cold plunges during our meeting last night. I wanted to write this email recapping what was discussed, share the resource materials, the book and the websites I recommended. I thought this might be beneficial to those who didn’t take notes during our meeting last night and especially valuable to those who weren’t able to attend last night’s meeting. Peptides: This is one of the best articles I’ve read explaining what peptides are, which ones have been proven to work, and also why you should be careful if you’re considering peptides as part of your overall health & well-being protocol. Peptides — What Does The Science Say? https://med.stanford.edu/news/insights/2026/08/peptides-what-does-the-science-say.html Supplements: Examine.com is probably the best website I have discovered in order to research supplements. It is widely regarded as the “Switzerland” of the supplement review industry because it is completely unaffiliated with any and all supplement manufacturers or brands. It’s the first and and pretty much the only place I go when I need vitamin & supplement information. FYI — They used to have a lot more free information. Now to get the most in-depth information they have a subscription service. But, I have found that if you input into their search function the information you’re looking for in different ways you’ll get a more complete picture. Supplement Testing Sites: These are the 2 third party testing sites when researching a specific supplement brand I recommend. They test and verify whether what’s stated on the bottle’s label is actually in the bottle. The NSF: • Main Site -- https://www.nsf.org • Testing Site -- https://www.nsf.org/consumer-resources/articles/supplement-vitamin-certification

Carlos, Can you remind me exactly what you said about creatine.
For Our Meeting on June 11th...Dirk Schwarz will talk about he learned to sell his experience at the age of 63
When Dirk was a client of John Furth's 6 or 7 years ago, he was already thinking about transitioning out of corporate roles into something more entrepreneurial. He finally made the leap and hasn't looked back since. Dirk's clients are tech entrepreneurs looking for that special element that will give their products the traction they need to succeed. Dirk will talk about how he combines his myriad of talents and experience with the ability to listen and unearth the concerns of his target audience in a way that compels them to want to work with Dirk.

For Our Meeting on June 11th...Dirk Schwarz will talk about he learned to sell his experience at the age of 63
Join us at the June 11th meeting to hear Dirk Schartz discuss "From Corporate Executive to Paid Advisor at 66"
Dirk Schwarz was a client of mine in the two years before COVID. At the time he was trying find and hold on to the role of Head of Sales for several small companies. He then transformed himself into an advisor (both Board and independent) and coach/consultant and immediately found clients across the US and in Europe. He is 66 years old. Dirk will be talking with the group on June 11th about what he experienced and learned during a very successful transition. Don't miss this very illuminating and important interactive discussion!

Interesting video about maintaining a story during an interview process
You all probably know a lot of this already, but it's good to be reminded. Remember: an interview is a performance, not a conversation with a friend. https://youtu.be/T__1QViXUxk?si=91PKizcPPgrGLUzM

Searching for Executives Over 50
Thanks for Lori and Rob for calling my attention to the confusion surrounding searching our group's website online. Until an hour ago if you searched for Executives Over 50 you were directed to a MailChimp web page that I created years ago when the group was called Professionals over 50. I've now shut that down although the metadata will linger for a while online. As you can see from the screenshots below, the first thing you find is an article that includes material from my LinkedIn profile, the old MailChimp web page and my website. Now however, Executives over 50 as a search term pulls up the correct page on my website. The metadata “Senior Executives Coaching” will also remain in place for a few weeks until it gets changed to “Executives Over 50” but at least now It takes you to the right place. You'll also see underneath it that our Skool community home page comes up under Executives Over 50 too. What I didn't find on Microsoft Edge was the link to our YouTube playlist, although it comes up on Google Chrome. That URL is: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLgmA5ZUP8e6Ess3Dzi2oZZz8yoBhnEg38 Please take a look at what is available for people to learn about our activities and feel free to send these links to executives you think would be interested in the group. Thanks!
