Something Is Stirring - Giving stories more room
If Sunday’s Blessing Ball of Bliss story brought something to mind—a memory, a question, or an idea you’ve kept putting aside—give it one line in your journal. “This is something I’d like to give more room to…” On October 22, I’m opening a space to explore what keeps returning, what has energy, and what wants more room through Sacred Writing and conversation. "Something Is Stirring" is a free live workshop. Thursday, October 22 · 10:30–11:30 AM PT · Live on Zoom Save your seat: https://pamelalynch.com/stirring

Before you decide what it means
Choose something that has been on your mind: a question, a story, a half-written page, or a subject you keep reading about. Give it five minutes before naming what it should become. What do you notice—a memory, a connection, even the urge to dismiss it? What about it makes you curious? You are gathering information about your relationship with it. Complete this line: “Before I decide what it means, I notice…”

P.S. These are the types of stories I like to capture in my story bank. Do you do the same?

Sacred Writing Session Rewind
Today during today's Sacred Writing Session I decided to clean my office. I went through some old paperwork and found this in the 1st page of an old notebook from 2021. It was me pondering a call action that Pamela had set in a Sacred Writing Session.✨️💜 It is not clear if I was in the Session writing it, or if I completed this journal entry later. It was very clear that I was writing to understand myself, the drama around me and how to intentionally focus my energy. After reading this blast from the past, I really feel I have grown since then in: ☺️How well I know myself ⚠️My ability to manage drama ✨️And the quality of listening I have when I write. So that felt good. A little reflection, a cleaner office and knowing I am in a better place.💛
