@Daniel Halls you’re incredibly welcome! I’m a 45 year old woman and powerlifter.And adaptive. At age 23, I had a massive stroke . It was precipitated by a decade of addiction and anorexia. Comments like “you’re too sensitive “ were so embarrassing that it pushed me further into numbing myself. It’s a situation that’s incredibly widespread in society. Definitely not only with me. Not everyone and every situation is the exact same. Life is not a one size fits all situation 😀

@Daniel Halls the last few months have been filled with life situations that have not made for much time on the internet 😅my husband has cerebral palsy and is 53 and a Parapowerlifter, as well. The wonderful part of the past few months has been able to observe others embrace their own strength and break through obstacles and hold onto their inner and outer fortitude and strength: despite external pressures 🤩💪❤️🔥

100 percent! Leadership happens in incredibly strong moments of hard work and dedication that is rarely known to most. Truth be told: some of the most incredible and instrumental leaders I’ve ever had interactions with are incredibly dedicated. And they became leaders before they were viewed as leaders. They led and lead through example :not only words. Ther it words and ethics align🔥
