Hi everyone, I’m Frankie, based in north Brisbane. I’ve been using AI tools to build All-Time XI, a free mobile game where you draft teams from men’s cricket ODI World Cup history and simulate tournaments. It’s currently waiting on app-store approvals. What I can bring is hands-on experience taking an idea through to a working product using AI. There’s been a lot of figuring things out as I go, particularly around translating an idea in my head into something people can actually use. I’d like to turn this into a profitable business and get to know other owners along the way. I guess part of why I’m here is to have more regular, genuine conversations with people who are working through similar things. The biggest thing I need to get better at is distribution. One thing I’m increasingly realising is that the visibility of what you’ve built matters just as much as its quality. I’d be interested to hear how others here found their first customers or users, especially before they had an established audience.
