Who You Have To BE to Grow a Crowd
This one is about you, not the party. Because the environment does not build itself. You build it. And you can only build an environment as warm as the person building it. Think about it. If you want a certain bacteria to grow, you create the right conditions for THAT specific thing. If you want warm, connected, fun, loyal people showing up... you have to be warm, connected and fun yourself. You are the condition. The host sets the temperature of the whole room. I have watched this a thousand times. When the organizer is stressed, guarded, chasing people, worried about numbers, the room feels it. The energy stays low. Nobody can relax because the host is not relaxed. And when the organizer is genuinely happy to be there, happy to see people, calm, generous, having fun... the room grows into that. The whole thing lifts. You are not separate from the environment. You ARE the environment. So before the next party, the work is not just the guest list and the venue. The work is you. Are you the kind of person people want to be around? Do you make people feel seen the second they walk up? Do you give before you ask? Do you actually like people, or are you just trying to get something from them? Because people can smell the difference instantly...... The organizers who last are not the loudest or the most connected. They are the ones who became the kind of person a good crowd naturally grows around. Fix the host, and the environment fixes itself. That is where it all starts. .....Not with the party. With you!!!!

Who You Have To BE to Grow a Crowd
People Don't Come Back For the Party. They Come Back For the Feeling.
Nobody remembers the exact songs. Nobody remembers what time it ended. They remember how they felt. That is the whole business. If you understand this one thing, you will have a party people fight to get into. Miss it, and you will be starting from zero every single time. Here is how I think about it... A feeling is like a bacteria. It grows in the right environment and it dies in the wrong one. You do not create the feeling directly. You create the CONDITIONS and the feeling grows inside them. What are the conditions for people feeling good at your party? They feel like they belong. They feel like somebody was happy to see them. They feel like they are around their kind of people. They feel safe to be themselves and a little more fun than usual. You build every one of those on purpose. You greet people like you actually wanted them there. You introduce people who should know each other. You make sure the right crowd is in early so the whole room feels like a club they are already part of. Do that and something powerful happens. People leave your party feeling better than when they walked in. In a world where everybody is home, heads down on their phones, lonely and disconnected... you gave them the one thing they cannot get through a screen. Real human connection!!!! They will come back for that. And they will drag their friends with them, because now YOU are the person who throws the party where people actually feel something. That is not luck. That is an environment you built. I teach the full system for building it, step by step, inside the program. Come get it at skool.com/party/about

People Don't Come Back For the Party. They Come Back For the Feeling.
The Room Becomes Whoever You Let In First
Your party is a culture. And culture is set by the first people through the door. I learned this the hard way early on. I let the wrong first 20 into a room one night and I watched the whole thing tilt in a direction I did not want. The vibe was set before the good people even arrived. By then it was too late. Here is the bacteria thing again... Whatever you want to grow, you build the environment for THAT, and it grows. If you want a warm, connected, fun crowd, you cannot just hope it appears. You seed it. The first 20 people are your seed. They set the temperature. They set the tone. Everybody who walks in after reads the room in about three seconds and matches it. People are mirrors. They become whatever is already happening. So the question is not "how do I get a lot of people." The question is "who do I let shape the room first." Pick 20 people you genuinely love being around. The ones with good energy. The ones who make other people feel welcome without being told to. Put THEM in early. Take care of them. Let them set the conditions. Now the environment is doing your work for you..... When the next wave shows up, the culture is already alive. They do not change it. They join it. And they bring their friends into it, because it already feels like a place worth being. That is the whole game. You are not managing a crowd all night. You are setting the conditions once, early, with the right people... ...and then letting it grow. Stop thinking about how many. Start thinking about who first.

The Room Becomes Whoever You Let In First
The Connector's Code
7 lessons for building the room, told the way ALF actually built it. The 7 lessons about networking. Good ones. But they are built for the person who wants to get close to the room. I build the room. So here is my version. 7 lessons for the person who wants to become the connector. The one everybody in town wants to know... None of this is theory. This is how 50 people became 400, and 400 became 20,000. The 7 Lessons: 1. Walk in as the giver, never the taker The way you build a room is the same way you meet anyone. You walk in asking what you can give, not what you can get. The taker counts heads and tickets. The giver makes people feel seen, makes the introduction, remembers the name. Do that long enough and the room builds itself around you. People come back for the feeling, not the flyer. Do this today: next event you walk into, make it your only job to introduce two people who should know each other. Give one thing, expect nothing back. 2. You are in the room business, not the ticket business A ticket is a one night transaction. A room is a relationship that pays you for 20 years. I have people who met at my events 30 years ago and are still married today. That did not come from selling tickets. It came from building a place the right people wanted to be. Chase the relationship and the money follows. Chase the transaction and you start over every single night. Do this today: stop counting how many came. Start counting how many came back. 3. Start with 20, not 400 Everybody wants 400 people in the room. Nobody wants to start with 20. That is backwards. You do not find a crowd. You find the first 20 right people, the ones you actually like being around, and they bring the rest. One bus became eight buses the exact same way. I teach the full system inside the program. It is called the 20x20, and it is how you fill a room without a single flyer. For now, just know this part. The 20 come first. The 400 come because of them. Do this today: write down 20 people you would genuinely want in a room.

There is Magic in the Number 7.
You Can't Force Energy. You Can Only Grow It.
Here is something I figured out after 22 years of filling rooms... You cannot MAKE people have a good time. You cannot stand in the middle of your party and demand that the energy goes up. It does not work like that. Anybody who has tried it knows the feeling. You are pushing and pushing and the room just sits there flat. So I stopped trying to force it. Think about bacteria for a second. You do not sit there and beg a bacteria to grow. You do not yell at it. You create the right environment, the right temperature, the right conditions... and it shows up on its own. The party is the exact same thing. The energy is the bacteria. The environment is what YOU build before anyone walks in. Who is in the room. What the lighting feels like. Who you put next to who. The first song. The way you greet people at the door. Whether the first 20 people are your kind of people or just randoms who happened to show up. Get the environment right and the good time grows by itself. You do not have to push it. Get the environment wrong and no amount of hype saves you. You can have the best DJ in the city and the room still dies, because the conditions were never there for it to live. This is why the 20x20 matters so much. When your first 20 are the right people, people YOU actually like, they bring 20 more of their kind. Now the whole room is the right culture. The energy has somewhere to grow. Most organizers obsess over the night itself. The real work happens before the doors open. You are not a hype man. You are the person who sets the conditions. Set them right and people feel it the second they walk in. That is what makes them come back. That is what makes them bring their friends next time... Because they are not coming back for the party. They are coming back for how the room made them feel. If you want the exact system I use to build that environment every single time, come get it at skool.com/party/about
