It's been crickets in here except @Richard Paul who showed up ready to go while the rest of us apparently melted into our couches. So here's a tiny thing that might help if you're stuck: you don't need a new idea to post this week. You need an old one you never finished. Check your notes app, your camera roll, that voice memo you recorded in the car and forgot about. There's probably something half-done in there that's more usable than whatever you're trying to force yourself to come up with fresh. @Trisha Davis Absolutely! For me, helping businesses scale mostly means looking at how they currently operate, finding areas that can be improved or streamlined, and helping them put better systems in place. I also spend a lot of time learning, testing new ideas, and connecting with other business owners to understand what they're working on. Always happy to connect and learn from others here as well. 🤝

@Trisha Davis Haha yeah, I like that approach 😂 One simple example: I helped simplify a follow up process that was being handled manually. Before, leads had to be followed up with one by one, which was easy to forget and took a lot of time. After: the follow ups were automated, so leads could be contacted at the right time without someone having to keep track of everything manually. Less chasing, less forgetting, and more time to focus on the actual business. 🤝
