Title Split Tool now live in the property tools on Accelerator. Why is this a BIG DEAL? - You search a postcode and it gives you results of multi-unit freehold blocks that are flats but most likely all on one title. - It gives you the sales data of flats in the area based on actual sales - It works out the numbers for you with a couple of clicks - The deal is scored as a strong lead or not based on the numbers. I just did a search and the first one I looked at gave me a £383,000 uplift if I title split it. 🚀 Title splits are an amazing strategy and a big money earner and it's the strategy that changed my life! I generated a years income from one title split deal many moons ago.... and now I've created a tool that hands these types of deals on a plate to you all. If you're not using Accelerator - your missing out!
