𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Esther 4:10-17 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Esther was placed in a position of influence during a dangerous time. Mordecai challenged her to consider whether her position had been given for a purpose beyond personal comfort. Your voice, platform, relationships, and access may create opportunities to speak for people who are not being heard. Purpose is not only about promoting your business. It may also require using your influence to address an issue, share truth, or open a door for someone else. Speaking up requires wisdom. Esther did not react carelessly. She prayed, prepared, and approached the situation strategically. Fear often asks, “What could I lose?” Purpose also asks, “Who may be affected if I remain silent?” Not every issue is yours to address publicly. You should remain aligned with your assignment and avoid reacting to every topic. But when God has given you responsibility and influence, silence can become a decision. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸-𝗢𝗻-𝗜𝘁 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The issue I feel responsible to address is __________. I have remained quiet because I fear __________. 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽: Determine whether the next responsible step is a private conversation, public message, resource, introduction, or act of support.
