What Is Your Body Telling You Right Now?
Quick check-in with everyone today. ❤️ Forget about being perfect for a minute. I want you to think about the **last 7 days** and tell me one thing: **What is ONE signal from your body you would most like to improve right now?** It could be: ❤️ Blood pressure ⚡ Low energy 😴 Poor sleep or waking during the night 🩸 Blood sugar 🧠 Brain fog 🔥 Digestion or reflux 💪 Strength or recovery 🫀 Cardiovascular health ⚖️ Stubborn belly fat 🦵 Cramps or circulation 🥶 Feeling cold 😰 Stress or anxiety 🍽️ Hunger or cravings 💩 Digestion/bowel movements Or something completely different. Then tell me: **1. What is the symptom/problem?** **2. When is it usually at its worst?** **3. What have you already tried?** Don’t overthink your answer. Sometimes one symptom gives us a clue about a much bigger pattern happening underneath. I’ll go through the responses and give you my thoughts. And if I see several people struggling with the same issue, **I’ll turn it into one of our upcoming lessons or Lives.** Remember: Don’t just chase the symptom. Find the signal. Eat Based On Your Biology, Not Ideology™ Fix the signal. Everything follows.

Nose To Tail eBook To Download
This eBook is a complete nose-to-tail guide to organ meats and animal parts, showing you how to close nutritional gaps that muscle meat alone often leaves behind. It explains why liver, heart, kidney, and bone marrow form the foundation of a nutrient-dense diet, and how each organ contributes unique vitamins, minerals, CoQ10, collagen-building amino acids, and essential cofactors. You’ll learn the differences between raw, lightly cooked, well-cooked, and dehydrated preparations, simple recipes for every organ, practical sourcing tips, and a step-by-step weekly framework to build consistency without overwhelm. This is not about eating organs for the sake of tradition. It is about understanding human biology, maximizing nutrient density, and using every edible part of the animal to support energy production, cardiovascular health, connective tissue, hormone function, immune resilience, and long-term metabolic health. My reading assignment for the next few days! Thank you Maurice
Quick update for everyone.
After about 23 hours straight of building this out, I’ve completed 4 modules for Fitness 101. Each module has 7 to 9 lessons, and this isn’t surface-level. It includes: • full protocols • kettlebell training structure • the biology behind what you’re doing I’ll keep adding more lessons and visuals as I build it out. Right now inside Skool, you have: • full Biology Foundation, head to toe • Carnivore Eating Foundation • Biomarkers and testing • and now Fitness That’s three major pillars you can actually use, not just learn. Also important. All of this is being structured toward the certification program I mentioned. This is not random content. It’s building toward something. One thing I need from you. Stay involved. • ask questions • test things • post your feedback That’s how this becomes real learning, not passive content. Even if you’re not planning to take the certification soon, this still applies to: • your own health • your family • people around you Use it. Apply it. Stay engaged.

I am looking forward to these Fitness lessons! Thank you for all you are doing for us
COMMUNITY UPDATE; Trust, Certification, and What's Next
Where This Community Is Going (Read This) Starting today, the 7-day free trial is gone. Too many people were coming in, copying the work, and leaving. That goes against what we're building here. This community runs on trust and real application — not extraction. So here's the new standard: If you post a question and you have not acknowledged the COMMUNITY TRUST by commenting "AGREED", your question will not be answered. This protects the environment for the people who are serious. _____ On certification — addressing @Travis Miller 's question for everyone: Yes. All courses are in the process of being registered. If approved, certification will be awarded so you can work with clients in the near future. Once that's in place, more courses will follow, covering: - Insurance - Business setup - Client handling - The practical tools you'll actually use day-to-day There will be two final exams: - One multiple choice - One full case study where you build a complete protocol for a real client scenario Pass mark is 85% or higher. No shortcuts. Nothing to stress about right now — this is just where the system is going. As long as you keep contributing and applying the work, I'll keep supporting you all the way into working with your own clients. Stay patient. Stay consistent. Keep applying. Comment "AGREED" below if you're in. Then tell me one thing from the lessons you've actually applied this week — that's how I know who's serious.

100% agreed. I have been consistent with saltwater first thing upon awakening (4-5 am), eating small meal, walking 2-3 miles then having eggs and meat about 8-9 am. walking after every meal. "Large" meal approximately 3 pm then only fluids till bedtime. Still having leg cramps in the night which is really messing with my sleep but am averaging 1-2 hours REM/night. Very excited about the possibility of certification!!!! Thanks
Do You Want Fitness & Exercise Lessons Added to Skool?
Should I add fitness and exercise modules to the community? I’m considering building structured lessons focused on: • simple at-home workouts • improving circulation • supporting heart health • building strength without overloading your system Everything would be practical and easy to follow. No gym required. If this is something you want, comment below: • YES or NO • what your main goal is (strength, energy, endurance, etc.) I’ll build this based on your feedback.
