This is one of the biggest mistakes I see. (and believe I went there too!!) You spend months filling Free with courses, resources, calls, templates and content. Then it’s time to create Premium and you realize… I already gave everything away. 😂 Now you disappear for another six months to build a Premium program. Meanwhile, the members you worked so hard to attract are losing interest. Do it backwards. Design Premium first. (say what??) Make it your signature offer. Make it the place where the real transformation happens. Then work backwards and decide what people need for FREE to get started and see what’s possible. Build the business first. Then build the free community around it. What shift does this make for you?
