If your Skool feels a little too quiet, the answer usually isn't posting more content. The better question is: Are you making it easy for members to participate? Here are a few things you can start testing: 🔵 Give new members ONE first action Don't overwhelm them with a giant welcome checklist. Give them something they can accomplish in their first few minutes. 🔵 Ask easier questions Instead of “What are your thoughts?”, try a poll, yes/no question, fill-in-the-blank, or ask members to share one number or result. 🔵 Create recurring rituals Wins Friday. Weekly Goals. Feedback Tuesday. Predictable activities give members a reason to return. 🔵 Celebrate member results Turn wins into spotlights, discussions and case studies. Let members become part of the content. 🔵 Create member-to-member interaction A healthy community shouldn't always be Owner → Members. Look for ways to create Members ↔ Members. 🔵 Don't overwhelm people with content More courses and resources aren't necessarily more valuable. Help members figure out what they should do next. One of my favorite engagement experiments: Take your next post and decide what kind of response you actually want BEFORE writing it. Do you want: Yes / No? A quick comment? A number or result? An opinion? A member win? A conversation? Then build the post around that specific action.
