There’s a lot of conversation right now about ChatGPT, agents, prompts, and the latest AI tools. But a tool by itself isn’t a system. This Thursday I’m hosting an Intro to Automations here in the Business Lab. We’re going to pull back the curtain on what actually goes into building an automation: systems, workflows, SOPs, APIs, triggers, actions, and how the pieces fit together. You don’t need to be a programmer or already know how to build automations. The goal is to give you the foundation to look at something you’re doing repeatedly in your business and start asking: “Could I build a system that does this for me?” By the end, you should understand how an automation goes from idea → workflow → working system, and what you need to start building your own.
