Hello New people… Roll call, New Members!! 👀💙
Welcome to Business Lab. @Irfan Khan @Jennifer Pavon We’re skipping the polished “Hi, my name is…” version today. Tell us what you’re actually building, fixing, launching, untangling, testing, or trying to stop overthinking. 😂 Maybe you’re growing a service business. Maybe you’re building a new offer. Maybe your systems are held together with sticky notes and pure determination. Maybe you’re trying to figure out AI without turning your business into a science experiment. Maybe you know something needs to change, but you’re still figuring out what the actual problem is. Perfect. Bring that. Drop an intro below and tell us: What do you do? What are you working on or building right now? And where could another set of eyes, ideas, or support make things easier? You do not have to have the answer before you post. That’s kind of the point of the room. 💙 Come introduce yourself. Let us know what’s going on behind the curtain, and let’s see how we can support you.

@Jennifer Pavon Jennifer is officially in the house. 😂💙 Your definitely in the right house to collaborate, & learn from each other. I love how clear you are about what you’re looking for too. You’re not just saying “I want to get into real estate.” You’re looking for proximity to people who are actually doing deals, learning how they think through them, and building relationships where both sides can bring something useful to the table. The co-living/PadSplit angle is especially interesting, but honestly the relationship piece may end up opening even more doors than the exact strategy. What do you feel like would be the most helpful next step right now: finding the right people to learn alongside, getting sharper on analyzing deals, or actually getting your first one moving?

@Jennifer Pavon Jennifer, I actually think that’s a really smart next step because you’re not just trying to learn more theory, you’re trying to see how a real deal actually moves from start to finish. If you get that opportunity, I’d be super intentional about what you’re watching. Don’t just look at whether the deal “worked.” Pay attention to how they evaluated it, what numbers mattered, what questions they asked, what almost killed the deal, how financing was structured, what happened after closing, and where management got messy. That’s the stuff that builds real confidence. I’d even keep a simple deal journal so you can document the decisions and lessons as you go instead of relying on memory later. What type of real estate deal would you want to shadow first? 👀
New here? Good. We were getting a little too comfortable. 😏
Welcome to Business Lab... @Bindu Chowritmootoo @Brian Douglas @Sharon Horne-Ellstrom This is not the place to show up with a polished bio, drop your link, and disappear into the bushes. 😂 We actually want to know what you’re building, what’s going well, and what part of the business is currently making you say, “Why the hell is this still so hard?” Maybe it’s: You’ve got leads, but the process after that feels messy. You’re selling, but everything still depends on you remembering what happens next. You’re using AI, but somehow you now have 14 tools and less clarity. You know you need to do more outreach, but keep finding very productive ways to avoid actually talking to people. 👀 Your client experience works… mostly because you keep holding it together. Perfect. That’s the kind of stuff we want in here. So newest members, skip the résumé and give us the useful version: What are you building? What’s working right now? And what’s one thing in your business you’d love another set of eyes on? Bring the win. Bring the bottleneck. Bring the “I have no freaking clue what to do with this” problem. We can work with that. 💙

@Brian Douglas Hi Brian, glad you're here¡¡¡ This is actually a perfect conversation for the welcome post I linked ablow for you. 👇🏼😂 You’re already naming the exact kind of “messy middle” we like digging into inside Business Lab, because all three of those automation lanes matter, but figuring out which one deserves your attention first is the real question. Jump over to that post and drop this there too, especially what you’re building, what’s working, and where you feel stuck between operations vs sales/marketing automation. I’d love to pull that apart with you, and I think a few other people in here will have some good perspective too. 💙 https://www.skool.com/busines-lab-5864/new-here-good-we-were-getting-a-little-too-comfortable?p=07311c77

We all can learn from pulling it apart together, I think other people in here will have some good perspective too. 💙 Look forward to getting you know you & your business, and how we can build, grow, learn, collaborate together.
