My focus is my Mountain Man series. I’m working to finish the final two HEAs in this six-book series. Each book delivers its own mountain-man romance and happily ever after, but there is also a larger subplot quietly moving forward from book to book. Once all six romances are complete, I’ll write Book 7: an action-adventure capstone that pulls those threads together and reveals what has really been happening throughout the region. The bigger plan is ambitious: five connected regions, each with six romance novels and an action-packed capstone. Eventually, readers will discover why everyone of those regions matters to the final overarching plot. I started out writing a mountain-man romance series. Somewhere along the way, I discovered I couldn’t write thirty HEAs without giving myself a mystery, a little danger, and a much larger story unfolding underneath them.

1. I want to publish a book because I am enjoying finding my voice and being in control of the story and where the characters go. 2. I want this book published by Dec (this is a compilation of a sub plot that is in 6 other books I've written) 3. When this book is published the door it opens for me is realizing I finished one complete series and able to have the knowledge I can repeat it on the next 5 series in this larger plot.

I have two books left to complete the HEA portion of my first series. Book 5 is currently in the rewrite stage, with editing still to follow. My original goal was to have it finished by the end of August, but realistically, I’m now aiming for mid-September. Book 6 needs a major rewrite, but I finally know exactly how I want this series to end. My goal is to have it completed by the end of October. Once all six books are finished, I’ll pull together the underlying subplot that has been quietly building throughout the entire series and turn it into an action-adventure capstone story that brings that larger storyline to its conclusion. That will officially complete the first series in my five-series plan. It’s a big goal, but by December 24th, I want the HEA complete, the hidden story brought into the spotlight, and Series One officially finished.
