What has helped you increase engagement in your Skool community?
I run a paid community for self-publishers. It includes courses, resources and a weekly live coffee chat, but the community feed is still fairly quiet. At the moment, most posts come from me. They receive a few likes and occasional replies, often from the same supportive members. I realise it's still early days, I have around 30 members so it's not a big group yet. I would love the community to become a place where members share their own experiences, ideas and encouragement and not just me posting. Has anyone successfully changed this dynamic in their community?

My first Level 8!!!
@Brenda Rigney talked about the proven effectiveness of gamifying and the value of using leaderboards in our communities. Everyone agreed how exciting it is to see those notifications from skool when you've reached another level. Today I reached the most exciting level yet. I reached level 8 in my community!!!!
