3 Day Breathwork Session Starts Tomorrow
I purchased the 3 day breathwork sessions. Does the link work for each session? Or do I need a new link to get in each day?

Breathwork currently saving my lungs/ life!
I’ve been battling pneumonia for 4 days now. Onset was my narcissistic abusive family finally kicking me out for being Autistic- the body holds the score and I immediately developed pneumonia that day from their actions. For the last 4 days I’ve hardly been able to sleep, eat, or breath without intense pain and gagging each breath. Only thing getting me through is focusing on my breath. 3 in 4 out very gently is getting me through. Sometimes I can extend to 4 in 6 out which is my personal favorite!! Lots of air hunger which I haven’t experienced before in my life, and it’s really scary. I see and have experienced how Breathwork can help me get through the moment and when it feels like I’m dying or suffocating I just go back to counting my breath and calming my mind and body down. Halfway through functional breathing Cert. I also viscerally understand now… people with air hunger or other medical concerns can greatly benefit from breathwork! And I’m adapting it to fit me rn with the 3 in 4 out. When I’m healthy I can do long breath holds and all sort of crazy stuff… but rn I need to be so gentle and work with my body to make it through this pneumonia. Wish me healing! And also luck cuz my family is kicking me to the curb and I’m legit looking at being homeless soon. Being disabled is real rough, but I never give up! Plus I’m going to write a book soon on cPTSD & narc abuse recovery. I didn’t go through hell & have my parents try to kill me for nothing.

Micah, sending you so much care. It sounds like you’re moving through a lot right now, and I’m glad the gentle awareness of your breath has been something you can come back to. I do want to be extra mindful with pneumonia and the air hunger you’re describing. Please make sure you’re receiving medical care, particularly if there is difficulty and pain you’re experiencing with breathing. I would keep anything you’re doing extremely gentle right now and avoid breath holds or more intensive breathwork while your body is recovering. And please keep listening to your body, this is absolutely a time for gentleness. ❤️
Functional Breathwork Certification
Hello beautiful people! I am interested in the Functional Breathwork Certification but am looking for anyone who has completed or currently working through it for any general feedback. I’d like to know what to expect, and as a yoga and meditation instructor, if this certification would compliment my teaching?

When you can't breathe through your nose...
I believe I have a deviated septum (had it repaired once and I feel like it moved back), so sometimes I just can't breathe through my nose. (I do when I can, and I have taped at night for years.) When I'm too stuffed up, is it best to do the same breathwork but breathing through the mouth, or to skip it altogether? I guess I'm asking, do you still get some benefit if you have to breathe through your mouth or is it better not to? Or does it depend?
