Hiring VA's, Managing Websites, Homeowner Apps
https://salesup.club/ai-growth-report/everything/?ref=handys This link was put together using Handy's real life processes. Our VA's, our website, our mobile app, how we capture past customers, and our ad management. Specifically designed for this group! Have fun looking around in there!

Hey William - would you have gotten someone good now at your end?
Vendor Relationships
As we start to grow the community, one of my core responsibilities is to bring in high quality vendors to partner with. As a business owner, you have many options of who to choose for software, payment processing, website development, branding, marketing etc. This place will be filled with resources and vendors that we use personally. As we bring them in, they have all agreed to participate in some form of discount or special offer for members of this group. I will do a better job at making the announcement so everyone knows who is who. The first vendor is @Yash Chowdhury with SalesUp - He has completely overhauled our website, and is focused on developing a customer facing mobile app for our clients, as well as managing LSA, Meta Ads, Google Profiles, Client Re-Targeting and has a great resource for hiring Virtual Assistants. There is never any pressure to use anyone that we bring into the group - they are here because I believe in them, and because we are personally using them or have had great experiences with them. The power of being part of a community like this, is bulk buying power for group discounts on services. Small companies often get taken advantage of regarding pricing, and this is our way of combatting that.

They basically do a decent job in marketing takes up the jobs and sub contract it at net 30-40% margin found it pretty interesting does more business owner hear involve sub contractors in there operations or keep tech in-house?

Two things that are changing how small home service businesses grow
Hey everyone, Yash here. We're already working with Tim at Handy's, and he invited me in. 1. Marketing engineering, not a marketing agency Instead of paying an agency for posts and reports, we build the machine that brings in jobs: - A website and SEO pages that rank in every town you serve - Google and Meta ads that bring your cost per booked job below what you pay on LSA - Your Google Business Profile and reviews running on autopilot - An AI receptionist that answers every call and books the job 2. VAs in Asia for everything except the tech work Calls, scheduling, dispatch, follow-ups, invoicing, admin. Trained VAs backed by AI do it for a fraction of a US hire, and do it consistently. See what we built for Handy's (click around, call the receptionist): 👉 https://salesup.club/ai-growth-report/for/handys-demo-s8k2/?src=skool Want one for your business? Reply here or DM me with your website and I'll send you a free report: your site, your Google Maps ranking, what you pay per job on LSA today, and where the gaps are. Or block 30 minutes with me: https://cal.com/yash-salesup/30-mins
