Neck breakthrough and spinal alignment
Being in Ilana’s method for coming up 4 months to date, I am here to say the results have been so life changing,inspiring and given me a new found hope of being limitless.  I have lived with chronic pain and mobility issues that I thought I’d be limited with for life.
Well, that has changed and is continually changing.With breakthroughs in flexibility in my spine,of which recently in my monthly osteopath appointment,he said my spine was aligned.
