After just a few weeks I stopped wearing knee braces.  I stopped taking 2 Aleve every morning.  I stopped waking up several times a night in pain and struggling to find a position where one or the other of my knees was at least somewhat comfortable.  I kid you not, my knees pain is totally gone!  Now working on the hips and feet. And his methods are working!  Chris is very clear with his instructions. I can’t thank him enough for sharing his wealth of information with anyone willing to listen.
