Dubai, UAE, August 24th, 2026, FinanceWire Nine-figure entrepreneur and investor joins the cap table of the venture-backed AI-powered cold email platform - and embeds its enterprise infrastructure directly into Consulting.com, placing institutional-grade outbound capability in front of tens of thousands of entrepreneurs. Iman Gadzhi, the entrepreneur and investor whose portfolio of companies has generated well over nine figures in revenue, has acquired an equity stake in ListKit, the AI-Powered cold email platform recently valued at €45 million pre-money following institutional venture backing. Gadzhi joins the company as Strategic Advisor & Investor in a deal that pairs his equity position with one of the most significant partnerships in ListKit's history. The transaction is structured as far more than a passive investment. Under a multi-year strategic agreement, negotiated directly between Gadzhi and ListKit's founding team, ListKit's full sending infrastructure will be built natively into Consulting.com, Gadzhi's flagship consulting company. The integration puts enterprise-grade outbound infrastructure, the same systems used by funded sales organisations, into the hands of tens of thousands of entrepreneurs from day one. "Every business I've ever built came down to one thing: the ability to reach the right people at scale," said Gadzhi. "I've watched this category for years, and ListKit is the first platform that gives a first-time founder the same outbound firepower as a funded sales team. That's why this isn't a passive cheque. We're building their infrastructure directly into Consulting.com." Founded in 2023 by Andre Haykal Jr., Daniel Fazio, Christian Bonnier, Dan Crowley and Oliver Schmalholz, ListKit has scaled from a bootstrapped data service into a full-stack outbound platform serving thousands of agencies, consultants and B2B teams, a trajectory that attracted institutional venture backing in 2025 at a €45 million valuation.
