In this episode, @Jarne Großstück and I led the discussion around the Collective and Spiritual pain cycles. Together we all explored the collective separation of humanity throughout history, as well as, the separation of self. When we become more conscious and aware of inherited ancestral pain cycles, become less attached to the stories, and become present in our bodies, we can begin to reintegrate and reconnect with ourselves and others.
