Pat understands every member is at a different level fitness wise, and he is constantly pushing and encouraging us every step of the way. What I love most about his programs, is that it’s convenient, yet pushes us to get the most out of whatever time we do, or don’t have. I just have to be careful when my kids are around while I’m following along, an occasional cuss word will fly out, but it’s understandable when he’s swingin’ big weight!!! As a father of 4, this program is invaluable! 🫡💪🏾
