The Method gave me a clear plan. I’ve been vulnerable sharing my progress daily but it meant being corrected and making improvements early. The mentors are present, always pointing me in the right direction, on top of accountability and support as well as the community. I’m surrounded by like minded people, so no judgement here! It’s more than a challenge, it’s a lifestyle change, a shift in reading my body’s response to my practices and implementing sustainable change. I highly recommend!!
