Ale does a great job at helping us improve. I started with no prior yoga experience. I'm morbidely obese too. I took the year membership to learn at my own pace. I can't believe all the mobility improvements I made in 4 months cause I wanted to have fun learning headstands!!!  Also Ale speaks French and Spanish too! I'm French Native and it comes in handy 😉 Come have fun learning with us! The courses are easy to follow, this is a real review nobody askd me to post it. I looove this community!
