Update ActiveCampgain Record (Solved)

I am updating ActiveCampgain with data from a CSV. First, I want to check whether an email exists in ActiveCampgain. If this is the case, I check for any changes. I want to add a record if the email address does not exist.

Unfortunately, I am currently unable to query whether the email exists.

As you can see in picture 1, I use the EMAIL from the CSV and want to check whether it exists in the AC. I don't know if this is the right way to do this. Should I make a query, or is this enough? Unfortunately, this does not work, and I get the following error message. I am grateful for any help.
