I was working on an escalation email we send to customers when we need them to verify something during an incident. 📩

We already had some automation for this, but the email itself wasn't exactly... visually impressive. 😅

So I gave the task to Claude.

I shared our company website so it could understand the colors and branding style, prepared the incident variables it could use and started iterating.

About 5 versions later, I had a clean, professional escalation report that actually looks like it belongs to our company. ✨

The interesting part? AI did most of the presentation work. This is exactly the type of use case I want to cover more in the future. 🛠️

My long-term plan is to build a huge library of practical AI agents and automations for cybersecurity, where you can simply pick what you need, configure a few variables and use it. 🚀
