Workflow communication in N8N
Hi everyone, I built an AI voice agent for restaurants that takes orders over the phone and sends them by email to the kitchen.
Right now, I have a primary webhook in n8n that emails the orders, but it fails about 5% of the time. To fix this, I set up a backup webhook that always fires — but I only want the backup to send the email if the primary one fails. Does anyone know how to connect the two workflows so the backup can check if the first one succeeded? Maybe with an IF node? Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thank you!
