Need Help With Xagio Settings!

I'm watching Site 1 A-Z Build and at the 20 minute mark Herc checks all the boxes on the "WP-Easy Setup" page. Once he's done this, it looks like he went to the Plugins tab on the left and a pop up displayed asking "Are you sure you want to do this?" and he selected yes.

I've checked all the boxes and gone to the Plugins tab, but I haven't been able to get that pop up to display so I can save the settings. I've checked and all the pages and posts are still there after I leave that page.

Please help!
