Outtake is building an agentic AI platform that helps organizations detect and take down impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse.

They’re looking for a Deployment Associate to join their Deployment team and work at the intersection of Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customers.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:

• Support customer pilots and onboarding

• Monitor product performance across social platforms

• Run product health checks and identify anomalies

• Validate agent decisions and pipeline flow

• Connect customer feedback with product improvements

• Document insights and communicate findings clearly

• Participate in product reviews and engineering triage

• Suggest proactive checks, tests, and improvements

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

• Strong curiosity and problem-solving ability

• Excellent attention to detail

• Eagerness to learn technical products and customer workflows

• Clear written and verbal communication

• Team-first mindset

• SaaS or software exposure is a plus

• Basic SQL or willingness to learn is a plus
