Outtake is building an agentic AI platform that helps companies detect, monitor, and take down impersonation, fraud, and AI-driven scams.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
• Support senior Deployment leads with customer pilots and onboardings
• Monitor product performance across social platforms
• Run product health checks and identify anomalies
• Connect customer feedback with product and engineering improvements
• Document insights and help teams act quickly
• Participate in product reviews and technical triage
• Grow toward owning smaller customer accounts
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
• Curious and persistent problem-solvers
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Eagerness to learn technical products and customer workflows
• Team-first mindset
• Basic SQL or willingness to learn is a plus
• SaaS or software experience is a plus
