This was posed in another Skool group that I belong to: "How does the love you experienced in childhood influence you now?"
Well, Dad would kiss his own fingertips then slap my forehead. I'm sure we hugged when I was older but my memories are of those being in public and therefore likely performative. My mother was kind... and people pleasing, which means I walked over her as a teen and cherished her like my best friend as an adult. I'm still working through this shit now in my second marriage, after letting it contribute to the failure of my first one.
Why am I sharing this? Because while, yes of course, intuition is a trainable skill, it's also the quietly subtle gift that you have to love yourself enough to allow yourself to receive.
