Fable 5.1 vs Opus 5

I saw that Fable 5.1 was released recently. I’ve been using Claude quite a bit for my coding projects, but I’m still not sure which model is the better choice for different tasks.
For those who have tried Fable 5.1 and Opus 5, what do you use each one for?
