Cold Calling first?
I know many people recommend "cold calling" people who replied Interested to the cold email campaign. (Context: This is B2B for Lead Generation in the USA)
But what about cold calling in the following scenarios:
- They were emailed but never replied
- They have not been emailed yet
Any regulations to be concerned with?
