Neurodevelopmental Creativity
Tonight we are supporting Boise art events with a guided Neurodevelopmental Creativity workshop.
What happens in the brain when we create?
Starting in September, Begin Again Neurodevelopmental Creativity sessions will be offered online. A monthly, one-hour experience that explores the connection among creativity, the nervous system, and how we process our world.
Through simple exercises, we will explore how creativity can engage sensory and integrative pathways, support regulation, awaken imagination, and help us move beyond familiar patterns into new possibilities.
