Calling Real Estate VAs!
I have a quick activity for you.
I was computing commissions and this is actually one of the things I enjoy being challenged.
If the purchase price is $565,000, how much would the buyer's brokerage receive?
Note that this is from the Buyer Broker Compensation Agreement.
