Cravings Can Be Clues
Cravings aren’t flaws or a lack of discipline. Sometimes they’re useful information.
You might be tired, stressed, dehydrated, underfed—or simply want something sweet, salty, or crunchy.
Before reacting, pause and ask:
● What am I craving?
● How am I feeling?
● Have I eaten enough today?
● Could I be thirsty, tired, or stressed?
You don’t have to judge or obey the craving immediately. Just get curious about what it might be telling you.
What craving keeps showing up for you lately?
