Both variations are great for improving your coordination, control, and creativity while adding more options to your footwork.
Once you understand the movement, don’t just drill it on its own — try connecting it with the footwork you already know and experiment with different entries and exits.
👉 Head to the Classroom → Footwork and give them a try!
And as always, if you practice them, post your video in the community or send it to me directly. I’d love to see your progress!
