Gratitude

To all the wonderful humans, all those who crossed my path during these seven weeks on my journey through Germany and Switzerland, all those who opened themselves, who connected with themselves, who stepped into their power and who felt this moment deeply within themselves.

To all of you, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. And also to everyone else.

I thank all the people who keep coming back to themselves, and also those who maybe never really moved away from themselves.

Maybe this is our task in this body. Otherwise, we probably wouldn’t incarnate here. To move away from ourselves every now and then and then come back again. To really, for a while, not be what we are and then find our way back to what we are. To find the divinity within us again and to realize that everything fits perfectly together, that nothing happens for nothing, but that everything always has a reason and everything always happens for us, to bring us back when we have moved away from our path.

I thank every single person who has started to see all the triggers as a gift and who keeps looking within themselves to see why things are happening, what the mirror wants to tell you, to discover things that are buried really deep inside, and to keep learning when we lead and when we follow.

And I also thank every single horse I met on this journey, and my horses at home, who yesterday had to go through one of the most difficult journeys, with a human at the front who didn’t really know exactly how to lead or how to follow, but who simply followed her heart and trusted and actually managed to lead six horses from A to B.

And the only thing that was truly leading was her heart.

I am so incredibly grateful for all these wonderful people in my life who listen and who simply understand, who have their ego under control.

I am not someone who believes that we have to let the ego die. I have always strongly believed that our ego has its place too and that our ego is not here for nothing. The only thing we have to do is recognize it, so that it doesn’t make decisions on its own and make decisions that take us away from our heart.

The ego belongs too. When we make it our friend, we can make decisions from our heart together with our mind.

I believe this is our task: to bring our heart and our mind together and, together with our ego, decide in every single moment to move into a frequency where I choose love.

And I thank every one of you who does the same.

We are heading back to Portugal in the next few days. ❤️
