Hi Guys, I’m 56 originally from
South Africa, I live in the UK, I used to love training competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but obtained numerous injuries and decided to start lifting weights. I see the massive changes Keith has made and what great shape he is in so I decided to join the community, nice to meet all of you, hope to speak soon!
