Here's an uncomfortable question...

If you got sick for a week and couldn't answer a single message, what would happen to your leads?

For most business owners, the honest answer is: they'd go cold. Not because anyone did anything wrong, but because the whole system lives in your head. You are the follow up plan.

That's not a system. That's a bottleneck with your name on it.

A real system means someone else, or something else, could carry it for a week without you and nothing falls through. That's the actual bar. Not "it works when I'm on it." It works when you're not.
