Hi everyone! I’m based in the Boston area and have been involved in real estate since 2023. My experience spans acquisitions, real estate financing, REO and auction due diligence, financial modeling and underwriting, property management, wholesaling, and flipping. I’ve gained exposure to multiple sides of the business and look forward to connecting with others in the industry. I have completed and exited my first project looking to acquire my next (2-4 units southcoast 12%+ COC 1x equity multiple)
